TattooWayne gotta be top 3 and not 3 in the city and the fact that he gets you in and out with detailed work just make it even better. Took my nephew to get his first tattoo and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or art piece dedicated to my sister for him. Then he did a portrait for me of my sister.
